ABOUT
I completed my Reiki 1st Degree in 1999 and from 2005 all my Reiki training has been with Leza Mc Lean, the Principal teacher of the Reiki Network, Oldham. I am trained to teach all levels of Reiki. I underwent a two year intensive, reflective, personal development program before moving onto a thoroughly comprehensive teaching apprenticeship, covering all aspects of group work and teaching the Leza Mc Lean system of wellbeing using Reiki.
From 2001 I also worked in the education sector and from 2005- 2015 I worked as a Drama Teacher at New Bridge School in Oldham. Whilst there I delivered Reiki 1st Degree classes for staff and students as a stress management and relaxation aid. I understand the demands of working within the Education system and I know first-hand how Reiki can support staff/parents and students, with the fast pace of life today. In 2015 I left New Bridge and began providing Reiki Training within schools and other Organisations.
Whilst receiving a Reiki treatment is very beneficial, I am passionate about teaching people how to do Reiki for themselves, in order to give them a tool to support their personal development and assist them with managing their own physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and wellbeing. As part of the Reiki Network I offer a bespoke training, specific to the organisations needs.
I also work within the wider community, delivering Reiki talks to groups and organisations and teaching classes to individuals and groups from my home or external venues. I am fully insured and hold the Level 3 qualification in the Adult and Education training in the Life Long Learning Sector.
I am so grateful to have had the privilege of working with Reiki throughout the years as it guides and and supports me with all aspects of my life.
